A stop in Hudson

Traveling through New York, Jonathan made an unplanned stop at Upper Depot Brewing Company in Hudson — meant to be a casual visit.

The visit

A friendship with Aaron

What started as a brewery tour turned into a real connection with Upper Depot brewer Aaron Goff — two brewers, two very different home islands.

The idea

The friendship became a collaboration: a saison brewed with both breweries' hands on it, carrying a bit of Ikaria and a bit of Hudson in every batch.

July 11

Jonathan returns to Hudson

Jonathan flies back from Greece to celebrate the release in person. If you're in the Hudson Valley — or up for a summer day trip — come share a beer.
